Be mindful of this company. Check out all the T&C's before hand. We were liasing with NBS Brundell on the sale of the Nautic 900. We proceeded with the sale, but unexpectedly, due to no fault of our own, we were unable to proceed at this time. NBS have refused returning our desposit and have not responded to any email correspondence with an explanation. Really bad business practice as we are still looking for a boat...

Bought a boat from Wroxham. Kerry was helpful and friendly every step of the way. I’d highly recommend NBS.

Buyer beware. A broker should not make statements unless they are confident of facts. Trust now gone and would not purchase another boat via this brokerage.

Very friendly and honest. Just bought our second boat from David and previously sold one through him.

My fist impression was good but found out very quickly that they are just money grabbing barstuards.we agreed to buy one of the boats and shook hands on it but a few days later they took a deposit from someone else.dishonest and underhanded money grabbing people.I have since found out the boat isnt worth half the price.we took our money else where and would suggest you also do the same.we had a lucky escape.do not buy from these people.

Great choice of boats, easily viewed, staff are very informative, helpful and patient, good parking and close to shops if you need a coffee or eats whilst deciding on the boat for you! Highly recommended

We purchased a Elan 30 Power from these guys, our old boat was 250 miles away and they came viewed and we agreed a great price. Great after sales service as well, thanks Harry.

Bought a boat earlier this year admittedly not expensive but ever since we have had problems as follows:- water pump broken, fridge did not work, trouble starting resulting in three new leisure batteries. Still had problems now with highly rated repair yard, boat needs a complete rewire, it had no fuse board and could have caught fire. Also had to repair leaking windows. These problems unless you spend a huge amount of time looking with a fine tooth comb can I appreciate happen anywhere it is no different to buying a second hand car. This boat yard just sells boats and takes a commission and again to be fair they say boats are sold as seen. In my experience I will buy my next boat privately far easier to talk directly to the owner and you can gauge from his/her reactions to questions how good or bad the boat is. I have no feelings either way about this seller, but certainly I have learned a lot and all I would confirm is take your time and check EVERYTHING.

We bought a Elan Power 30 from NBS. Both Harry and Matthew demonstrated superb attention to us as customers and they well exceeded our aftercare expectations. Would recommend to anyone.

PLEASE any one reading this DO NOT buy a boat from this company. All they do is lie and cheat and sell you a boat that is un fit. it has taken over a year to sort out problems and they are still not right. MATTHEW TWAITES the director is a lying cheat and will sell you a boat and then avoid any thing he can not to fix it. This is how good the boat is, MATTHEW TWAITES even REFUSED to buy back the boat and as one of his staff told us there were too many problems with it. We will post a continuing account of events daily to show you just how bad NORFOLK BOAT SALES are.
