Friendly staff always ready to help

OMG I have never experienced such terrible service in my life.

Very over priced! Go to B&Q I was sold 12 bags of sharp sand for a record breaking £4.38 per bag!! Using a trade account and questioning the price I was told "that's the best we can do" Well Jewson you certainly haven't "nailed it" this time.

Knowledgeable and polite staff who offer good advice. Well stocked and wide range of products

Only place that had what I needed, very friendly and helpful. Mark the delivery driver was incredible and had fantastic customer service skills. Asked where I needed the stuff putting, chatty and a very genuine guy- couldn't have been more helpful.

Helpful staff drivers manly good in normal times a good selection of materials but if they have not got what you need they will do there best to get it the prices for the trade are mainly competitive

This overpriced store has no notice on there website or on there front doors saying no cash card only i'll give one star only because you have to give something to post a comment but your not worth one star. Will never use again.

Closed on a Sunday......that's a fat lot of good. Obviously they open for their own convenience and not the customers. You never see many customers in there.....not surprised just look at their prices ! They won't last long in that location. There are also very few staff in there you can answer a query. One bloke is at the till and another one with his nose buried in paperwork in their office. If you have a question you might be waiting a long time.
