Good gym, very friendly and helpful staff. I go in the mornings after 9am and it's nice and quiet (just how I like it).

Why can’t ALL gyms be like this? Really friendly and warm and welcoming. All the classes run by lively and lovely teachers. Unbelievable value for money. Right next to the station. Great parking facilities. Gym is well equipped and lots of classes from varied disciplines. There’s great coffee available. There’s a barbers! And best of all a sports therapist on site!!! Again the thing that makes this gym stand out is the warmth of the management and genuine community atmosphere. If you are thinking if joining a gym don’t hesitate to check this one out!

Yes a rare quiet gym, however in combination with the alarming price and lacklustre equipment, you can understand why. In addition to this, at times, they play music so loud you can hardly hear yourself think. Some members are noticeably rude and arrogant although, in contrast, the staff are nice and welcoming. In summary, I wouldn’t recommend for the price!

Gorgeous gym with a real upmarket, boutique vibe. Staff are super friendly & welcoming, I really enjoyed my work out and can’t wait to visit again.

Great little gym. Not huge but has everything you need and it's never too busy. Mix of people and friendly staff.

Thanks to the high energy classes in the evenings I have got my mojo back. The guys are great and make you work hard but it's so much fun. Great little gym with great classes suitable for everyone. Anyone who knows me will say i give up classes after a week cause of boredom but I've now been going every week twice a week since March so well worth a try 👍👍👍 Go Go Go
