I don't usually write reviews but the excellent treatment and exceptional service I received yesterday at the Hoveton SurgiCentre (within Hoveton Dental Clinic) was so impressive that I feel compelled to do so. I could barely hear anything at all when I arrived and, following my ear wax removal treatment, just a short while later I was able to hear more clearly than I have done for years. The treatment was expertly performed, with the utmost care and attention, by Mr Gona (an experienced consultant surgeon.) It was completely pain free and surprisingly quick. The machine makes a bit of noise and causes a slight tickling or tingling sensation but the amazingly effective results more than compensate for any minor irritation. I felt cared for as soon as I walked in the door and Louise, Mr. Gona's assistant, could not have been more helpful or friendly. This goes for the rest of the team at the Clinic who, without exception, are all extremely polite as well as being very professional in their approach. If you are suffering from loss of hearing and/or any other unpleasant symptoms as a result of ear wax do not hesitate. Make an appointment as quickly as you can and say goodbye to ear wax and partial deafness.....and hello to being able to hear clearly again. I have just registered with Hoveton Dental Practice after my dentist in North Walsham closed. I have found their service really excellent with a welcoming, friendly attitude and very professional. It has been simple to register and no trouble getting an appointment in reasonable time.

I have been a patient at this practice for 41 years, the practice has changed hands 3 times in those years, but can honestly say Haritha is the kindest, happiest dentist to date, gentle and understanding of my sensitive teeth, and appreciates im abit of a wimp!! My Hygienist is also understanding and both very professional in their jobs, the practice has come to life again with chat and laughter which has been missed.. thank you ladies 😊🤗

I have been a patient at this dental practice since Peter Waldron first owned it in the early 1970s. Since his retirement I have remained a patient and have enjoyed a continuing first-class service and total professionalism from the practitioners, who have ably attended to mine and my wife’s dental care. Always feared and avoided dentists,I now think that I had been visiting the wrong dentist,had a fair bit of dentistry done at Hoveton and was pleasantly surprised,my anxiety from the first visit,to complete calm on my final visit,take it from someone who is a real dental nightmare,this place is the “REAL DEAL”,anyone that has posted anything negative must’ve gone to the wrong address,if you want superior dental work then look no further,you won’t regret it,I am very impressed,just remember you can’t scrimp on dental work,and basically you get what you pay for 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I would not recommend the use of this practice. The dentist recommended that my 15 year old son's cracked tooth should be pulled out (to prepare him for implants which are now this dentist's main source of income) Even the orthodontist was appalled and wrote a letter of complaint. The fillings material they use is cheap and falls off within 12 to 18 months. I am now paying for my son's filling to be done again with better materials. They promised a lot but delivered very little. Do not use this practice unless you are aiming for implants.

Have spent many hours in the dentists chair here over the last 3/4 years and I can honestly say it was an enjoyable experience. Ad and the staff are all exceptional, they explain everything to you in great detail. Following this pandemic I must make an appointment but like all things things it will be when I can fit it in.
