Quite possibly the worst chicken kebab and chips I've ever had! Not forgetting that I actually ordered a doner and chicken kebab! The chicken was in tiny pieces which tasted like deep fried cardboard. The chips looked and tasted like they had been left over from last night and reheated. The salad portion was absolutely pitiful. Safe to say we will not use again!

Waited for 2 kebabs and kids meals to turn up. Kebabs were completely wrong customer service not good enough and wasn't prepared to put it right as too busy.

We have used the Kebab Hut for several years, and in the past, have been happy with the food they provided. The last year or so the food has totally gone downhill to the extent that tonight we returned our food and requested a refund. You may not be able to work it out from the pictures, but one of these is a margarita and the other a Chicago town pizza. Needless to say we are finished ordering food from here. There are plenty of other takeaways who offer good service and quality food. For some reason the restaurant don’t acknowledge the feedback comments they are getting and always put the same generic reply.

Had a Chicken shish wrap delivered and the entire thing was dipped from top to bottom in orange grease. I took two bites out of it before feeling sick on the oily texture. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pre ordered at 17:20 for an 18:29 delivery. Nothing arrived by 18:50, so called them. They had forgotten the order, but would do it now. Still nothing by 19:30, 2 hours after placing the order and was told they were busy etc etc. and they would do it now. Absolutely shocking service and as it is now 19:45, we don’t know if it is coming and what it will be like🤬. Eventually had a phone call saying they were outside and please would I answer the door. They were at the wrong house!! When we did get the food, it looked like it had been thrown together and was barely warm enough to eat. Pretty bad for a place that is less than half a mile away😡 4 Oct 2023 and I have had a reply! A year after my review🤣🤣

I live in the local area and have been using these guys for several years for delivery. I found it strange that the price they said on the phone was different to what the delivery driver said. When I asked the delivery driver for the price today he gave me a different price to the order that was phoned though. I asked him why and he told me I had to pay for the delivery driver directly. I asked the driver why I had a texted stating the price I should pay at which point he chucked my food at my front door. The food from these guys was great and the staff in shop are always helpful. But watch out for the delivery drivers.

I will never, for as long as I live buy anything from this place again! Placed our order on justeat, they missed a kebab on the order, we called the place to ask for a refund or the missing food sent out. Every time they had no argument they claimed they didn’t understand and then told us it was impossible that the food wasnt there and called us liars! Absolutely horrendous service, food was stone cold, took 2 hours to be delivered and called a liar because they made a mistake. Dont even bother!

Have you ever wondered what a minty Garlic bread tastes like? If so, I would highly recommend ordering the cheesy garlic bread from Kebab Hut - Wroxham Bridge. Jokes aside - the pizza I ordered from here was sufficient - greasy - loaded with cheese and meat. It was large enough - able to feed 2 adults without wanting more. The cheesy garlic bread did have an odd taste which our party agreed was fairly minty. Not bad - but typical kebab shop service. Menu on photo is from July 2022
