Great models, railways, miniatures, old toys and games, and an old penny arcade. Quite alot to see and interact with, great model dioramas, well worth a visit!

Quite a good place. But I'd be surprised if you were there for more than an hour. Would have given five stars, but the admission is way too expensive for the experience. Was nearly forty quid for three of us. Unfortunately once I'd paid, I noticed that the girl behind the desk COULD have given us a family discount, saving us at least a few pounds...but didn't bother. A tenner per adult and a fiver for kids would be a fairer price.

An enjoyable afternoon was spent here. They have many impressive train sets plus large Lego and Star Wars toy collections. Probably too much money was spent in their retro penny arcade too! At 12 coins for a pound your money doesn't last long. For the entrance cost a good amount of fun was had here. It doesn't get the full five stars however because some of the exhibits looked like they needed a bit of repair and some of the showcases for toys were poorly lit, meaning you couldn't properly enjoy what they contained. Still, an enjoyable day out and an obvious choice for any train set fans in your family.

Such a nice place to walk around. The staff were friendly. Loved the old coin machines. It took about 1hr 30mins to walk around!

What a great place for kids and adults interested in models of all sorts. Great value.

Lovely afternoon activity. We visited here for a few hours one afternoon in the summer holidays and loved it. Lots to look at and fantastic old penny machines too. Thoroughly recommended.

We were stuck for somewhere to go with a three year old, on a very wet and stormy day. The Three year old loved it and didn't wish to leave. There is attention paid to entertaining all age groups from three to one hundred and three. Please check opening times as at the time of visiting it was closed on one of the other weekdays.

This place was good fun to spend a few hours on holiday. Most layouts were pretty decent and had a good amount of detail especially the Japanese layout which had some very good details and fab trains. The penny arcade was good fun too. There was a decent amount of interactive stuff but a little more would be nice. The only down side was there seemed to be some what a lack of detail and station details on the larger British layout. Don't know whether this was due to it being a new feature but it was quite bare. Overall it was a good place to visit and I would probably recommend to anyone thinking about coming although the admissions were a little on the pricey side but it was worth it.
